Mô tả công việc
- Follow up recruitment requests, planning for recruitment
- Search and screen CVs
- Interview & consult right CVs in line with manager
- Deal with suitable candidates
- Welcome new staff
- Follow up recruitment requests, coordinate with Department to improve the procedure to control headcount
- Assist collection & maintenance of personnel files set up personnel statistics
- Update employee information/documents/personnel records information accurate/on-time & filing
- Send memo to customer for new staff/support/transfer, etc.
- Contact authorities if necessary
- Close co-operation with OPS for Administration of HR and recruitment
- Assist in implement of policies / procedure / proposal
- Assist in implement of internal working rules and regulations
- Other workload assigned by HR Manager and company involved to HR to meet with the company recruitment
- Recruitment status for both office and sites
- Monitor labor market on salary
