The job holder will not only be responsible for a full cycle of recruitment process from entry-level to mid-manager levels across Vietnam but also partner with hiring managers to learn their business, understand their hiring needs, and design and execute best method of direct sourcing strategies to hire top talent.
1. Hiring & Selection for FTE-Full time Employee (60%):
• Manage the execution of recruitment and sourcing strategies for open vacancies in assigned departments
• Work closely with Hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates
• Use social media, networking, Internet recruiting, referrals, university recruiting, direct recruiting and other creative methods to source and secure candidates
• Coordinate and set up entry test, telephone, video or on-site interviews for Hiring Managers/Line Manager
• Support and advise Hiring managers through all aspects of the recruitment process
• Manage End-to-end candidate process (Prescreen and interview qualified candidates; Collect interview feedback; Assist in facilitation of hiring decisions; Conduct pre-employment checks; Process offer letters and other requested documents; Close candidates and support on-boarding process…)
• Manage, track and document all candidate data on Internal Recruitment Reports and Employee Profiles
• Be in-charge of recruitment process on mySpace (SAP Success Factor) for all new hires (eg: position creation/editing/hiring…)
• Participate in the implementation of projects and policies related to the recruitment process within HR and across the business, including through HR systems, practices, procedures and compliance
• Build candidate pipeline of key positions (defined for Succession plan), tough-to-fill roles or for peak hiring seasons…
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Line Manager
2. Sourcing & Selection for Non-FTE/Mass Recruitment (40%)
• Manage candidate sourcing and selection of mass recruitment for assigned department.

- University Graduated
- 3+ years of managing and executing full-cycle recruitment from entry levels to experienced candidates in Consumer finance, banking or FMCG sector…
- Ability to source passive candidates; create and execute effective recruiting strategies; and manage client relationships required
- Ability to negotiate complex compensation packages
- Strong time management and prioritization capabilities, with ability to multi-task and self-management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with an ability to interact and develop networks in a professional manner externally and across the business
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, along with the ability to influence key stake holders and facilitate effective hiring decisions
