Mô tả công việc
1. Mainly in charge of recruitment job (including recruiting for both Officer and Worker positions):
- Screen, interview to shortlist the qualified candidates and coordinate with Section managers to arrange interview and follow up the offer;
- Headhunt candidates from diverse sources: Vietnamworks,, Social network, etc.
2. Involved in training job: Conduct and follow up training courses in company.
3. In charge of labor contract, employee documents and ISM (Information Security Management - can be trained if no experience).
4. In charge of MC in some Events of Company or translating jobs.
5. Support for Admin jobs if needed

* Requirements:
- Female, graduated from University.
- Interested in Recruitment & HR jobs.
- Good at communication skills (prefer MC experience).
- English TOEIC: > 700 score (prefer Japanese from N3).
- Good at Computer skills, fluency in Words, Excel.
