Recruitment Of Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance Marketing)

- Manage the website and work closely with branding, creative, online marketing and commercial teams to develop and implement social media content, social listening and brand protection.
- Monitor the campaigns efficiency and execute the necessary changes on time to improve its performance.
- Work closely with the sales channels where are allocated the recruited leads/ prospects/ selling opportunities to drive the achievement of sales target which are assigned to digital marketing.
- Take in part into developing and optimizing the online procedures of products.
- Deliver sales target by e-commerce customers
- Manage daily operations with crossed functions and customers
- Prepare sales and marketing analysis report
- Follow, supervise, implement sales and marketing activation activities on ecommerce websites
- Work closely with internal crossed-functions to manage requests from customers and deploy online activities on e-commerce websites
- Product inventory, pricing, visibility and promotion management across ecommerce websites
- Handle administrative work that support e-commerce daily operations
- Collect data from e-commerce websites and conduct reports and sales and marketing performance analysis
- Work time: From Monday to Friday: Working from 8 AM to 6 PM. Sundays and 2 Saturdays everymonth are days off. 2 Saturdays left work from 8Am to 3 PM.
Other support: Bus for staff from Ha Noi, Bac Ninh city to Company everyday. - Participated in social insurance, Holidays and New Year bonuses, 13th month salary

- Experience in managing E-commerce website is a plus.
- Have experience in managing freelancers/Content Writers
- Good Communication/ Teamwork,
- Be able to work under high pressure,
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Familiar with performance management systems WordPres
