Recruitment Manager

Recruitment Managers will work closely with our recruitment team to manage to the source, interviewing and employment processes. To be successful in this role, Recruitment Managers should have an HR background and experience screening and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidates will be a team leader who is able to make effective decisions quickly.
Ultimately, Recruitment Managers will manage our recruitment to ensure we hire qualified employees for our company’s current and future needs.

Main responsibilities:
- Proactively & effectively respond to the department’s recruiting demands;
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire);
- Update, review current recruiting procedures and suggest the best options for Company needs (e.g. recruitment and onboarding processes);
- Research and implement new & efficient sourcing methods (e.g. appropriate social media recruiting and searching tools);
- Advise department managers on interviewing techniques;
- Actively participate in job fairs and career events to widen recruiting sources;
- Build the Company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners;
- Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform Company about changes in regulations;
- Lead recruitment team & coach them by daily activities.

- Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant; candidates with experience in the hospitality/service industry is preferable;
- Hands-on experience with (phone and in-person) interviews;
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks;
- Customer-oriented; excellent verbal/written communication (Vietnamese & English)
- Strong decision-making and team management skills
