Recruitment Manager

1. Recruit right people to meet the needs of the business.
• Build up recruitment meet the business requirement and in line with TOAV recruitment policies.
• Conduct human resources needs analysis within each department based on the business needs, and designs related recruiting plan.
• Execute effectively the recruitment process that complies with TOAV recruitment policy, i.e. screening CVs, interviewing candidates, sharing feedbacks after interviews, proposing job offer, arranging on-board welcoming, conducting orientation.
• Partner with hiring managers to fully understand the scope, responsibilities and requirements of the positions to be filled.
• Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization).
2. Develop proactive sourcing and build up qualified pipeline.
• Develop creative approaches to the recruitment process to increase talent sourcing including referral sourcing, internet sourcing, career fairs, networking, etc.
• Advertise new vacancies internally and update the recruitment webpage.
• Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers (TOAV employees) and external recruitment agencies.
3. Enhance TOAV branding.
• Build up a clear recruitment process.
• Look for ways to emphasize TOAV values during the recruitment process as well.
• Provide a positive, consistent, fair and engaging journey with all the candidates.

• University degrees, preferably major in Human Resource, Foreign Trade, Business Administration.
• 5–year experience in working in similar position.
• Knowledge in Paint industry is a plus.
• Computer literate and presentation skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English. TOIEC score > 650.
• Ability to learn, good communication skills and result-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure and respect the deadline.
• Able to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision.
• Being a team builder and team player.
