Mô tả công việc
1. Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles.
2. Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers.
3. Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.
Major Accountabilities
1. To conduct the full-scope of sourcing and selecting process for all key position included managerial positions.
2. To develop sustainable hiring plans and strategies that meet with business unit's needs.
3. Manage and leads the recruitment process and the overall applications of external recruitment and internal team.
4. To develop and manage the recruitment report and solve all issue that occurs during hiring process.
5. To design and choose the proper message using for recruitment advertisement.
6. To develop the new sourcing channels e.g. social networking strategy. Also develop the new recruitment process.
7. To support key stakeholders for both commercial office and plants.
8. Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
9. To develop the best relationship with the key stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
10. To monitor, control and reduce costs of the recruitment process.
11. Monitors the labor process and procedure and update changes to keep the process compliant.
12. To manage the recruitment team members, develops successors and develop the job responsibilities to add value to team members.
13. Being the lead contact for internal key stakeholders regarding to recruitment requirements.
14. To consult and be a supporter to key stake holders regarding to recruitment problems.

*Working Place: Pax Sky Building, 159C, De Tham, District 1, HCMC
*Working time: From Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
