Recruitment Manager

1. Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps);
2. Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source;
3. Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization;
4. Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies;
5. Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process;
6. Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization;
7. Conduct job interviews for and key jobs in the organization;
8. Monitor the labor legislation and implement required changes to keep the process compliant;
9. Manage and develop the team of HR Recruiters;
10. Act as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics;
11. Design training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers;
12. Endorse and promote Company’s culture.

At least 05 year experience in HR
Bachelor Degree

Good understanding of labor market
Good understanding of process of HR
Good knowledge of labor law
Able to demonstrate strong people leadership and management skills
Able to manage projects and pressing timetables
Excellent communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
