Recruitment Leader

1. Recruitment
Implement recruitment cycle: job briefing, job posting, screening applications, conducting interviews, providing short lists, scheduling interviews, reference check, extending offers, on-boarding activities…
Take part in develop future sourcing through employment event, job fairs, career events or partnership programs
Build high-quality partnerships with recruitment service providers.
2. Talent Mapping
Compile and manage the data pool into talent mapping system and recruitment process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience and take care of follow-ups alongside managers, adapting recruitment processes in order to ensure effectiveness.
Determine and develop relationship with the talent pools in the market base on the current and potential talents of the company.
3. Employer branding initiatives
Support employment branding initiatives: update HR information in the company website, job fair & career talks at universities, employer branding video, research market situation, control the content of job advertisements of the company, scholarship & internship program…

- Proven work experience as a Recruiting Leader, Recruitment Consultant; candidates with experience in hospitality/service industry is preferable;
- Hands-on experience with (phone and in-person) interviews;
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks;
- Customer-oriented; excellent verbal/written communication (Vietnamese & English)
- Strong decision-making and team management skills
