Recruitment Intern ( Australian Company; Attractive Benefits)

This role will support our Vietnam recruitment team with providing an excellent candidate experience for all candidates that are in touch with our company.

You must be as passionate about promoting our Brand as if it were your own. This is a key role where you will be managing our candidate database, so you will need to live and breathe exceptional candidate care. You will have excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills, confidence, accountability, and the drive to work independently.
To join our team as a recruitment intern, you must have a degree in HR, or a related field. You will gain on the-job-training to become of fully capable recruiter within 12-18 months.

What will my main responsibilities be?

• You will play a key role in helping us to grow and develop our recruitment agency business in Vietnam.
• The key component of this role will be to build and manage our database of candidates. This will require cleaning data by contacting existing candidates via phone and email to update their details; classifying skills in the system; and communicating regularly with our candidates about hot jobs, our referral scheme, or events.
• You will also be involved in sourcing new candidates for jobs via online search, social media and referrals.
• Ongoing database management as the database grows and matures.
• Candidate referral scheme management.
• Managing and enhancing the complete candidate experience – providing regular company or industry communications to talent pool / organizing candidate events.

• You will need a “no fear” attitude when it comes to picking up a phone.
• Educated to bachelor’s degree level in Human Resources or related field.
• Ability to use digital media tools (video, social, productivity tools, etc.) to engage your market / community.
• Exceptional written and verbal English & Vietnamese communication skills.
• Some work experience in administration or customer service will be highly regarded
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and openness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail.
