Recruitment For INCOME GENERATION Manager (Quản Lý Bộ Phận Phát Triển Sinh Kế)

1. KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Internal: Country Director, Managers/Officers in HO, PMs, Project Officers
- External: GNI’s Donors, Partners, Governmental. Officials, INGOs, Communities.

2. MAIN DUTIES
*BRIEF DESCRIPTION
- Junior Manager of Income Generation Division (IGD) manages and coordinates activities of IGD; develops and manages strategies and objectives of the division/ organization by implementing his own duties and/or through subordinate staff.

*WORKING OBJECTIVES
Build strategies, development orientation and implement tasks of IGD; assist Management members and staff.

*MAIN DUTIES
1. Build strategies and development orientation of IGD
- Participate in making strategies of GNV in accordance with GNI’ strategies
- Prepare the mid-term and long-term plan for division.
- Participate and support staff in division and project managers in making plan of action (POA) of GNI and CDP.
- Take part in survey and evaluation of new CDP.
- Develop and maintain regulations, guiding forms in implementation of project activities.
- Consult and assist the Director Board in necessary cases.

2. Develop IG program
- Be in charge of assessing on economic conditions, income, microfinance and potentials for economic development in current CDPs and new CDPs (if any);
- Take responsibility to design income generation projects suited with the poor, families of sponsored children in CDPs;

3. Implement, control and manage IGD activities
- Participate, monitor and support staff in division to implement activities for complying with GNI’s regulations, project’s quality and progress.
- Participate, monitor and support in project design, monitoring and evaluation; participate in fund raising program.
- Engage in IGD staff recruitment, training and evaluation in HO and FO.
- Ensure disbursement progress as regulated.
- Submit reports timely as requested.
- Mange special projects.

4. Implement other tasks
- Develop and maintain relationship with partners at levels.
- Take field trips for supervision and guidance if necessary.
- Manage and participate in HR evaluation of IGD staff
- Other tasks requested by Country Director

3. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education
- University degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Agriculture, Agricultural Development, Social Development and other related fields.

Work experience
- Minimum 02 years of similar role;
- Able to work under pressure and solve the arising problem;

Skills
- Ability to work independently and work with the team;
- Good organizing skills and interpersonal skills;
- Good English language skills in writing & speaking;
- Good skill in computer use

Attitude
- Sociable, responsive, committed working with GNI at least 02 years
- Accountable and transparent.
