Report to: Talent Acquisition Manager, Head of HR
Main responsibilities:
Create and post Job Advertisement for recruitment.
Responsible for the Recruitment System; Review and shortlist CVs
Support and formulate with Head of Department an individual recruit plan
Check employee referral; Selection of candidates
Arrange interview, make phone interview; Conduct interviews with the Line Managers
Liaise with the recruitment agency on the hiring of employees
Update the recruitment progress and provide the summary report to HR Manager on weekly basis
Review the Recruitment agency invoices before making payment request and asking for approval
Follow up on offer and acceptance
Welcome new employees and instruct employees to prepare necessary documents before joining date.

Requirements:
University Degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration major or related.
Minimum 2 years experience in the HR role/ Recruitment in FMCG field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Good training & presentation skills, Strong assessment skills, Problem solving skill
Fluent in English, both oral & written
Discreet, reliable, honest and approachable, Dynamic, pro-active, self-confident, Adaptability, team & independent working
