- Determines applicant qualifications by screening, interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; …
- Prepares offer letters of employment & process internal on-boarding procedure for prospective candidates;
- Develops and maintains a network of contacts to builds applicant sources.
- Develop & organize employer branding activities (career day, job fair, career fan page, company plant tour, etc.) to promote the SEHC employer brand
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree (Major in Business Administration or HR Management is preferred)
- At least 1 years of recruitment experience (Experience in event organization is preferred)
- Good at English & competent in Ms Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Strong passion in people development and high commitment in excellence delivery
