Recruitment Executive

• This role will manage the end to end process for recruitment in order to build a strong talent pool for the cross organization
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment across junior to mid-level of hires across all business units.
• Liaise with the Hiring Manager to understand the brief of the role
• Write and post advertisements
• Actively source and approach passive individuals
• Organize and conduct interviews across various platforms - in person, over the phone, WebEx/video conference
• Lab Group Operations Analyst hiring
• Campus recruitment events & all internal interns activities
• Prepare and present offer to the chosen candidate and on boarding
• Build and manage talent pipelines through various channels
• Maintain internal HR system database and records related to advertisement of newly created roles
• Maintain knowledge and keep up to date on industry trends

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• A passion for what you do and desire to learn and grow
• Minimum 1 years' experience in either internal or agency recruitment position in a Medical Devices/Healthcare company
• Willingness to work in a high-volume recruitment in multi-divisional organization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to build relationships with various stakeholders at different levels across the organization
• Can do attitude
