Mô tả công việc
1. Identify the organisation’s needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance;
2. Manage the performance of recruitment team to drive achievement of KPIs and revenue in line with business plan:
- Work with Hiring Manager to confirm hiring needs and requirements;
- Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques;
- Carry out recruitment following regulation and SOP;
- Be in charge of procedure for new employees including health check, data input, labor contract and orientation training;
- Build candidate pool by various sources/activities such as job boards, job events, database utilization, talent pooling, social media, headhunting and networking;
3. Manage recruitment module of Company website and service job advertisement websites;
Manage recruitment databases;
4. Adherence to fair employment laws and practices;
5. Take part in projects/ events led by HR;
6. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
