Mô tả công việc
1. Recruitment:
- Implement recruitment cycle: job briefing, job posting, screening applications, conducting interviews, providing short lists, scheduling interviews, reference check, extending offers, on-boarding activities…
- Take part in develop future sourcing through employment event, job fairs, career events or partnership programs
- Build high-quality partnerships with recruitment service providers.
2. Talent Mapping:
- Compile and manage the data pool into talent mapping system and recruitment process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience and take care of follow-ups alongside managers, adapting recruitment processes in order to ensure effectiveness.
- Determine and develop relationship with the talent pools in the market base on the current and
potential talents of the company.
3. Employer branding initiatives:
- Support employment branding initiatives: update HR information in the company website, job fair & career talks at universities, employer branding video, research market situation, control the content of job advertisements of the company, scholarship & internship program…

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Qualification:
- University degree of: Marketing / Economics, BA related field.
2. Working Experience:
- Minimum three years’ recruiting experience in Headhunting Firms / Job Website Service Firms (Vietnamworks.com, Career builder, Timviecnhanh.com…)
- Experienced in marketing / social media is preferable.
3. Expertise:
- Experience in full – cycle recruiting, sourcing.
- Knowledge of employment branding.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and openness to engage with people.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- University degree of: Marketing / Economics, BA related field.
