Recruitment Executive ( Base in Ha Noi)

Pharmacity is now looking for 1 Recruitment Executive ( mass recruiting ) base in Ha Noi as information below:

- Responsible for all recruitment activities at below manager level

- Receive personnel requirement from departments;

- Meeting with hiring managers to discuss needs;

- Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements via suitable channel;

- Screening candidates resume and job applications;

- Contacting candidates to arrange interviews via telephone and email

- Interviewing to find suitable candidate.

- Give salary proposal & issue offer to success candidates

- Participate in job fairs, build relationship and connect to universities/ colleges,... in order to build up employer brand and build up talent pool;

- Resolve other recruitment-related issues;

- Update recruitment report weekly;

- Do other tasks related to newcomer such as collect profile, issues staff card, get fingerprint...

- Follow up probation assessment

- Do other tasks assigned by Recruitment Manager

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related fields

- At least 4 years of recruitment experience (Mass recruiting in Retail is preferred)

- Skilled in recruitment, operation, communication, negotiation, presentation,

- Good interpersonal skills,

- Dynamic and team player with business acumen and passion for company business growth,

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.

- Job interviewing skill,

- Positive attitude at work; multitask skill
