- Developing relationships with members of the industry and developing an efficient functioning network
- Utilising our database to contact candidates for the great roles that we have for them. applicants
- Building and maintaining good working relationship with our clients
- Receive, review and understand all aspects of employer briefs
- Screen candidates for employers to interview (includes interviewing & testing)
- Background check all shortlisted candidates to verify their experience and references
- Keeping database up to date with all candidate and job records
- Attend training, education and development programs to assist in improved performance, personal growth and advancement.
- Any and all other duties as may be assigned by supervisor(s).

- Bachelor degree in Sciences, Arts or Economic but a passion for agribusiness, food and life sciences.
- An ability to communicate in English and a desire to improve your English skills. Communication
