Mô tả công việc
The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
- Assist HR Advisor - Recruitment in hiring and screening of candidates.
- Arrange interview to candidates.
- Professionally represent as first point of contact
- Display job advertisement on various websites.
- Update and manage candidates’ database.
- Update and develop Job Description.
- Arrange all new comers attend the HSE Training and Orientation Training.
- Follow-up candidate's offer negotiation, offer signing, and on-boarding.
- Arrange all new employees attend the pre-employment health check.
- Other duties assigned by Vice President - HR and Organization.
- Comply with the laws and regulations of labor safety and hygiene related to works and assigned tasks.
- Use and maintain the Personal Protective Equipment, working tools, safety appliances and equipment in the work place, and are responsible for any loss or damage.
- Report immediately to a person in charge when discovering risks that may lead to work related accidents, diseases or poisoning and danger. Give first-aid and take corrective action to prevent work related accidents as required by the company.
- Properly participate periodic medical check-up and occupational disease examination organized by employer.
- Get advice from and follow doctor's instruction if treatment is required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- 1-2 years working experience in a recruiting role
- Experience in HR Database/ Software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Computer literate, especially MS. Word/ Excel.
- Knowledge of Intranet and Internet.
- High level of integrity and initiative.
- 1-2 years working experience in a recruiting role
- Experience in HR Database/ Software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Computer literate, especially MS. Word/ Excel.
- Knowledge of Intranet and Internet.
- High level of integrity and initiative.
