Recruitment and Training Officer ( Work in Phu Quoc )

- Develops activities/curriculum to enhance standardized training programs.

- Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
Xác định quy trình làm việc, chuẩn bị lịch làm việc và tiến hành quy trình làm việc.
- Mainly in charge the implementation of Orientation, Soft Skill
Chủ yếu phụ trách việc thực hiện các chương trình đào tạo Định hướng, Kỹ năng mềm
- Design and produce training aids (i.e. case studies, simulations, games, exercises, etc.) and support materials.
Thiết kế và sản xuất các công cụ hỗ trợ đào tạo (ví dụ mô phỏng, trò chơi, bài tập, v.v.) và tài liệu hỗ trợ.
- Monitors and evaluates to the progress and effectiveness of training and development programs and makes recommendations for improvement.
Giám sát và đánh giá tiến độ và hiệu quả của các chương trình đào tạo và phát triển và đưa ra các khuyến nghị để cải thiện.
- Mainly in charge of intership program for local/ foreigner student including but not limited in training bond, agreement, procedure of hiring and on boarding, final examination and report at the end of internship.
Phụ trách chính chương trình thực tập cho sinh viên địa phương / người nước ngoài bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn trong trái phiếu đào tạo, thỏa thuận, thủ tục tuyển dụng và lên máy bay, kiểm tra cuối cùng và báo cáo khi kết thúc thực tập.
- Search and attract qualified candidates by utilizing various sources.
Tìm kiếm và thu hút ứng viên tiềm năng bằng nhiều nguồn.
- Screen CVs to shortlist for interview
Kiểm tra cv trước khi phỏng vấn
- Incharge to informing result of interview and welcome new staff, related paper work
Chịu trách nhiệm thông báo kết quả phỏng vấn và chào đón người mới, các giấy tờ liên quan.

Education:
- University degree in Human Resources, Administrative, Business Administration
- Minimum 1- 2 years experience at similar position in international hotels.

Working experience and Skills & Abilities (including language ability):
- Fluent communicating in Vietnamese and English.
- Good understanding of hospitality.
- Good using of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint.
- Required soft skills: team work, enthusiasm, time management and organization skills
