Mô tả công việc

Job purpose:
To lead the Recruitment and Employee Engagement plans to meet integrated HR objectives.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment (~70% of working time):
Hiring positions include Structual Design Engineer, BIM Modeler/Drafter, Quantity Surveyor, (Senior) Software Developer, (Senior) Software QC/QA and support team positions (IT Helpdesk, Office Admin).
• Participate in staffing plan and organizational development plan.
• Lead and execute recruitment process to hire internal and external candidates (clarify recruitment plan and requirements, source, screen, schedule interview, conduct test/interview, assess and offer candidates).
• Prepare recruitment progress status and other recruitment related documents.
• Control and propose recruitment budget.
• Develop external candidate database by utilizing effective sources such as recruitment newsletter, social platforms, personal networking, job posting, campus job fair.
• Prepare all necessary welcome kit and conduct induction training for new hires to get them well-equiped with the necessary information, knowledge, skills and adapt to new environment quickly.

Employee Engagement (~30% of working time):
• Enhance employee engagement by coordinating with interdepartmental teams to organize employee engagement activities:
- HR & Admin team members: Happy Hour (quarterly), Company outing trip (annually), Recognition program (annually), Employee satisfaction program (annually)
- Company trade union board: Year-end party (annually), Christmas party (annually), sports clubs, charity activities.
• Prepare and develop HR newsletter by collecting and editing employee articles/messages/pictures to post on company portal page (Confluence site) with the support in layout and image design from internal Graphic Designer team.
• Support HR Team in organizing HR events such as Orientation Day, inhouse Learning and Development courses.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Education: Bachelor degree in Social Sciences and Humanity, English language, Human Resources or Marketing
Experience:
• Must have at least 2-3 years of hands-on working experience in Recruitment cycle and at least 1 year in Interviewing.
• Experience in Hi-tech/IT/Software will be an advantage to source IT related positions for Software Team.
• Experience in organizing HR events or social activities would be a secondary preference.
Knowledge:
• Recruitment and Interviewing best practices
• Employee engagement best practices
• Vietnam labor law
Skills & Abilities:
• Interviewing, candidate sourcing skills
• Good spoken and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
• Good negotiation, persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
• Pro-active and confident in verbal and written communication with department head to achieve recruitment target as requested and approved.
