JOB SUMMARY
Under minimal supervision, assist in the administration and coordination of HR programs and processes as it relates to associate services. Work requires a comprehensive knowledge of the occupational field in which it operates. Position requires a high level of sensitivity, diplomacy and tact and the ability to maintain confidentiality of associate and company information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Recruitment:
- Ensure follow strictly hiring process/ policy/ guidelines;
- Play the important role in hiring process, including but not limit scope of work like: post hiring notice, and other internal notices/announcement, search/screen candidates, arrange and conduct interview process, and act as company ambassador during hiring process with external market and candidates;
- Manage well all hiring data in soft & hard files belonging assigned job scope;
- Updating, collecting, filing and maintain JDs system;
- Ensure new hire’s personal profile well matched with company’s requirement during onboarding;
- Update and maintain candidate data bank.
2. Training:
- Conduct and be the main facilitator of Onboarding program, including but not limit to arrange Onboarding Schedule; arrange internal trainers, classroom and be the host facilitator of the training as well.
- For some corporate training classes and internal classes, play the co-facilitator role to support HR team members and HR Manager regarding training logistics for the courses;
- Filing training data systematically in soft & hard files;
- Maintain intranet channel regarding learning & development regularly and ensure up to date all related necessary data;
- Ensure follow strictly training process/ policy/ or related guidelines;
3. Others:
- Ensure to be the high effective factor for HR paper work and strong collaboration in handling HR issues/ projects;
- Support HR team members, General Director in occasional tasks.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with good English skills
• Prefer experience in high volume customer service environment with working knowledge.
• Ability to establish workload priorities and manage a diverse workload.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to carry out, interpret and enforce departmental methods and processes.
• Ability to analyze and interpret incomplete or inconclusive information.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities, including people of different cultures and diverse departments to initiate and implement problem solving.
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of both verbal and written information.
• Demonstrated high level of discretion and judgment in daily routine.
• Ability to complete assignments with a high degree of accuracy.
• Requires the ability to handle constant interruptions.
• Demonstrates commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Ability to make and/or facilitate sound decisions.
• Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
