Recruitment and Training Officer/Executive support Recruitment and Career Development function with contract less than 1 year.
o Recruitment
- Support Recruitment & Career Development Manager to implement recruitment plans
- Develop and optimize all traditional sourcing strategies and resources
- Be proactive in applications searching, to develop network through industries, HR Phama group, associations and employees.
- Prepare adverstisements via recruitment online channels
- Screen, interview, evaluation and select the suitable candidates
- To manage integration periods for new comers
- To implement Exit procedures and to conduct exit interviews
o Training
- Support Recruitment and Career Development Manager to implement Training plan
- Be in charge of logistics for all training courses

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Candidates have recruitment experience in the pharma industry is preferrable
- Good interview, selection, communication and convincing skill
