Objective of position:
- This position will be in charge of recruitment and training activities for the company.
- Other tasks are assigned by direct manager.
Job Description:
- Seeking potential candidates as per recruitment requirements.
- Manage company’s recruitment process: schedule interviews, input CVs in HR system, collect employee documents, generate offer letters, sign offers, and make on-boarding announcements…
- Building recruitment networks to develop sources of candidates.
- Implement training new employees’ orientation.
- Manage and arrange in-house and out house training for the company according to schedule. Conduct testing and report after training.
- Manage labor contract and employee profile system.
- Organize internal event and internal PR
- Implement staff's activities to build and encourage company culture, advise HRM and BOD proper activities to engage employees
- Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree
- From 1-3 years’ experience at the same position, in hospitality or travel industry is an advantage.
- English fluently.
- Logical and system mindset with good customer service oriented.
- Good looking and nice personality.
- Hard working and positive attitude.
- Willing to work overtime and meet deadline.
Remuneration:
- Competitive & attractive salary with incentive every 6 months
- Year-end bonus

- Working from Monday to Friday (44h)
