Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for:

** Recruitment:
- Advertise, source and select suitable candidates for internal and external posting.
- Responsible for posting & managing vacancies on the company social media sites like LinkedIn, Facebook and websites
- Maintain and update the company’s careers Page; promote the recruitment service, websites to Human resources Manager.
- In conjunction with the company’s HR manager, implement recruitment plans for each department.
- Organize and carry out interviews with and / or HR manager and head of departments.
- Create and issue communications to employees and contract staff on current vacancies.
- Manage company's recruitment process

**Training:
- Conduct job evaluation surveys;
- Liaise with managers to identify and assess staff’ training and development needs;
- Implement, advise on and monitoring appraisal schemes
- Select appropriate methods to meet identified training needs within budget.
- Research, design and deliver training programs, sessions, and materials.
- Ensure training outcomes are determined prior to delivery and monitor outcomes following delivery.
- Negotiate training engagements HR Manager & HOD, manage training diary, maintain employee training records
- Supervise and monitor progress made via training programs or schemes

***Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Ability to develop and deliver training modules
- Ability to contribute to planning and implementation of training programs
- Flexible approach and willingness to work independently and as part of a team
- Hands-on knowledge of HR issues, including modern approaches to interviewing, staff motivation, performance management, all very essential
- Able to form good relationships; effective organisational skills; Teamwork skills; interpersonal skills
- 2-3 years experience in recruitment; 1-2 years experience in training
- Good interview and evaluation skills.
