Recruitment & Training Executive

- Deploying recruitment plan based on the requirements of the departments
- Build, organize, guide and control the implementation of policies, regulations and procedures recruitment of the department and the whole system
- Organize and control the implementation of the recruitment plan, payroll personnel, job description
- Drafting and implementing to post recruitment information on the approved channels
- Assess and improve the recruitment process, activities
- Organizing & greeting new employees, ensuring full integration training
- Update market information about the recruitment situation, propose solutions employed to achieve the highest efficiency
- Network development with the candidates to create a database, create recruitment sources for the company
- Plan, manage, supervise the internal & external training sources
- Coordinate with C&B Department to update, archive the employees information

- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Foreign Languages
- At least 2 – 3 years experiences in similar position
- Communicate well in English
- Willing to take business trip and overtime
- Communication skills, professional and skillful conduct
- Ability to work under pressure
- Hard-working, have a high sense of responsibility at work
