Mô tả công việc
1. Talent Acquisition:
• Recruit employees for Office and Restaurants
• Ensure the productivity of headcount fulfillment following deadline requirement
• Develop efficient selecting tools
• Enrich hiring sourcing and manage strong candidate database
2. Training:
• Develop and support conducting assessments for employees of the organization
• Support soft-skill training programs for the organization by making Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and measuring Return on Investments (ROI) of training activities
3. People Engagement & Employer Branding:
• Develop and support conducting employee satisfaction measurement tools/ programs for all level of employees of the organization
• Manage, guide and support the implementation of employer branding activities, including social & charity activities, job fairs, HR branding campaign at colleges, universities
• Propose activities for Branding recognition and enhance people happiness

• >3 years of experience in recruitment
• Passionate about HR (Talent Development) and F&B industry
• Have leadership and organization skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Presentation skill required
• Be honest, friendly, supportive and hard-working
• Be active and proactive at work
• Have Can-Do attitude
