Sparx* is looking for a talented yet humble Recuiter who loves to bring more names to the credit list of world famous movies and games titles.
If you find yourself an out-of-the-box idea generator, who can bring positive values to the organization, we believe you are the one!
Responsibilities:
• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
• Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.
• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Manage new employee relocation by working with Employee Relation Specialist to determine new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions.
• Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Coordinate or join in indoors or outdoors recruitment events (job fairs, seminars...);
• Initiate or join in initiatives for talent attraction as well as employer branding;
• Make weekly reports, monthly reports per requested
• Actively proposing and implementing ideas or actions to improve process, and to meet targets both in terms of number and quality.
• Perform other HR duties as needed including special project as assigned

• Expertise in and smart command of various recruitment channels, social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others) for recruitment
• Good networking skills;
• Strong communication and presentation, both in speaking and writing;
• Strong planning and organization skill;
• Positive mindset, and good problem-solving skill;
• Good adaptation to changes, open mind, willingness to listen to and learn new things;
• Good sense of responsibility, service mindset , result-orientation;
• Stress tolerance;
• Carefulness and accuracy
• Strong English and good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
