Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate with the hiring managers to identify the manpower demand of the departments
- Coordinate with hiring managers to draft and edit job descriptions and requirements for hiring positions; ensure the job descriptions and requirements satisfy the demand
- Research and post job advertisements on suitable channels for each position to collect a proper amount of resumes for each hiring position.
- Update information of candidates into the database; make sure that the information is correct
- Screen resumes and pre-select the candidates, conduct phone screens or initial interviews to identify if the candidate is suitable for the position
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers, actively follow up with the interviewers and interviewees on their decisions in order to update the status to both hiring managers and candidates and into the system
- Manage and update candidate database daily, explore candidate pools
- Prepare on-boarding plans for new hires and keep in touch with new hires; ensure that the new hires can join as the requested start date by hiring managers
- Follow recruitment SOP and ad-hoc processes
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisors and Managers

Yêu cầu ứng viên
-Bachelor's degree in related fields (preferably Business, HR, Healthcare)
-HR/Recruitment experience is a strong plus
-With experience in utilizing an Applicant Tracking Database
-With experience in using recruitment websites
-Excellent communication skills both in oral and written
-Able to use Google Drive and/or Microsoft Office
-Ability to prioritize and have strong organizational skills
-Ability to maintain confidentiality
-Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person on the phone electronically or through other means to individuals and groups
-Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
-HR/Recruitment experience is a strong plus
