WHAT YOU’LL DO
Talent seeking:
• Design and run recruitment & talent attraction programs & strategies
• Foster initiatives & continuous improvement in recruitment
• Manage efficiently the use of channels, tools, and methodologies in recruitment and set up social media communication strategies for different job profiles
• Partner with hiring committee in the candidate selection process (screening, shortlisting, testing, interviewing)
• Conduct new employee orientation
• Provide regular recruitment-related reports and analysis to the management team
Employee Productivity and Engagement
• Develop ideas to enhance the work environment, improve employee engagement, and strengthen employee relations
• Deliver strategies to maximize levels of employee engagement and retention
• Support a range of cultural activities and events to increase employee engagement
• Analyze employee data from survey/feedback channels to maintain employee retention

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment field
• Excellent interpersonal skills & unwavering positive attitude
• Extroverted personality who loves to bring people together (you’re the life of the party)
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent planning, analytical skills, well organized, detail oriented, problem-solving
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Ability to think outside of the box and take initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet and email
• Ability to maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of employment records
• Good sense of humor, honesty, integrity and willingness to be part of a solution
• Ability to effectively communicate in English
• Background in Business Administration, HR, or IT is a big plus
