Recruiter (Cum Mandarin Speaking Interpreter)

Responsibility
- Assist to formulate recruitment plan and make sure all the vacancies are filled on time with high quality
- Search candidates through various channels, and develop new channels and methods to fulfill the recruitment needs
- Handle and manage overall recruitment activities including but not limited to shortlist candidates, arrange interview and provide advice to hiring manager, make employment offers and the likes
- Conduct orientation to new joiners
- Support all-round human resources, administration, training and logistics work
- Provide translation of commercial documents, and interpretation in meetings from Vietnamese to English or Chinese/Mandarin and vice versa
- Co-ordinate business activities and assist in manage confidential information, contracts and documents when required
- Handle special projects and ad hoc assignment
- Other details will be discussed during interview

Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience preferably with recruitment and human resources work in sizeable companies;
- Strong interpretation, translation, communication and interpretation skills
- Excellent command in reading, writing and spoken Vietnamese, English and Chinese (prefer including Mandarin).
- Proficiency in Microsoft office application, and Chinese Word Processing
- Proven ability to work under the pressure and to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently, trustful, and enthusiastic
