What are we looking for:
- Fully adept and skilled in end-to-end recruitment from line personnel up to executive management
- Understand and can communicate what corporate branding is across team and 3rd party vendors and partners
- Solid experience and knowledge in Labor Law and compliance.
- A start-up experience/mind set and preferred to come from a digital background.
- Successful track record of scouting and placing exceptional and superstar talents.
- Someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty in order to achieve goal and expected results.
Resposibilites:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan, benefits and onboarding programs.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Support in documentation process: sick leave, vacation balance, time sheets, necessary HR orders, process standardization.
