Mô tả công việc
The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
- Assist HR Advisor – Recruitment to handle Recruitment and Selection process by using variable and suitable sources to ensure timely seeking of qualified and potential candidates for fulfilling business needs;
- Explore new sources and ways of recruitment to meet the staffing request;
- Design and post job advertisement;
- Screen and conduct first interview for junior positions;
- Arrange all new employees attend the pre-employment health check;
- Follow up candidates’ offer negotiation, offer signing and on-boarding;
- Arrange all new comers attend the Induction Program;
- Other duties assigned by Vice President – HR & Organization.

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
Experience Required:
- 3 years working experience in recruiting role;
- Experience in HR Database/ Software.
Other Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese;
- Computer literate, especially MS. Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of Intranet and Internet;
- High level of integrity and initiative.
