Mô tả công việc
• Check again all information and documents of car loan before disbursement.
• Be responsible for customers’ documents storing as well as information safe and confident.
• Daily management of collaterals following company policy
• Assist CS Hotline to explain relevant enquiries of customers after disbursement.
• Update information into collateral module as required.
• Update mortgage contract with customer, issue the certificate of the car ownership document keeping.
• Escalate issue and coordinate with line manager to investigate reoccurring anomalies or irregularities to determine their frequency and cause then recommend potential solutions.
• Perform other tasks assigned by line Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduate preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
• At least 1 year of experience in managing of document management in financial services companies, prefer experience in Car Loan management.
• Basic knowledge: Finance, banking knowledge preferred
• Computer skill: Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Languages capability: Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese
• At least 1 year of experience in managing of document management in financial services companies, prefer experience in Car Loan management.
