- Provide administrative service, including answeing phone calls, greeting visitors in a professional way.
- Preparation for meeting room
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Purchase and manage stationary, office supplies and equipment mainternance.
- Receiving /Sending the express delivery of office documents, samples.
- Other works assigned by manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College or Bachelors Degree
- Good spoken and written English.
- Computer literate (Excel, Microsoft windows, Power Point,..),
- One year of experience in a similar function in a foreign environment.
- Good communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Good attitude, team work and willing to help others
