-Since 2014 MERCI is the leader in water less nail treatment. We daily welcome Vietnamese and foreigners clients in a beautiful & professional set-up.
2 positions are available: Receptionist in Dist 1 (17/6 Le Thanh Ton) and Dist 2 (18 Tran Ngoc Dien).
If you have a passion for leading and would like to take more responsibility you can become a supervisor within months.
SCHEDULES: Full time: 6h per day + 1 day off + 1 day full day.
TASKS: welcome clients, take order, answer bookings by email and phone, check client bills, translate conversation between staff and clients.
REQUIREMENT: good English, customer service oriented, positive attitude, like fashion and cosmetic/Spa environment.
LOCATION: 1 position at 18 Tran Ngoc Dien Dist2. HCMC + 1 position at 17/6 Le Thanh Ton Dist1.
BENEFIT: Basic salary according to experience + meal allowance + parking + tet bonus.

Naturally, a receptionist should have excellent verbal communication skills. Active listening and great customer service skills also are a must.
We also need our receptionist to smoothly translate between our foreigners clients to staff in a positive attitude.
Good English, good presentation large smile and being patient are essential to work at MERCI.
