Mô tả công việc
Objective:
• To handle incoming calls professionally and to manage administrative tasks effectively
• To be always professional appearance in greeting guests to bring the most convenient moments to the guests
• To be an organized representative of Porsche Driver Selection (PDS)
Key tasks and responsibilities:
• Handling telephone calls professionally and welcoming guest nicely and effectively
• Pushing shop-in-shop sales effectively
• Welcoming guests to the Company.
• Handling incoming calls and transferring to right person
• Handling customer’s calls or walk-in visits and aligning with sales persons
• Handling fixed office expenses (payment request for postage, cellphone, taxi, management fee, drinking water, water consumption, rental plant, internet, and office flower fee…)
• Taking care of the lighting, sound system & cleanliness in showroom
• Making announcement of office working time changes on public holidays
• Being in charge of shop-in-shop (selling PDS, updating price lists…)
• Being responsible for keeping showroom doors opened & closed on time
• Other ad hoc assignments and projects

Job Requirement
• 01-02 years of working experience in similar position
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office XP products)
• Fluent in English (especially in speaking)
• Good communication skills
• Good appearance
• Dynamic, positive, confident, self-motivated and good team player
• Degree holder
