Receptionist

Saigon Coworking was one of the first coworking spaces in Saigon. The space is home to a network of professionals and well-established startups who work together to support start up businesses in Vietnam.

You will join the team that manages Saigon Coworking. You will:
- Welcome guests
- Answer inquiries and assist members
- Complete administration tasks
- Help to maintain security and ensure the building is tidy and clean
- Assist with other task as required

The work schedule is a five (5) day work week.

Required:
- Friendly, enthusiastic, hard-working and co-operative, good communication
- Proficient in speaking, reading and writing English.
- Able to effectively in working with foreigners
- Good computer skills (Microsoft office, Google Suite)

Preferred Skills
- University graduate with a relevant degree
- Previous experience in administration, reception or customer service
