Mô tả công việc
Location: HCM
Responsibilities:
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Maintains security and telecommunications system.
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
• Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Supporting accounting relevant tasks
• Carrying out receptionist functions such as: manage incoming phone calls, welcome visitors, order stationery, office equipments, courier, office management, flight booking, etc…; Be in charge of the reception area: ensure the availability & support of reception area.
• Preparing cash transactions with customers, service providers and messengers;
• Administrational assistance to the Sales department, such as potential customer research, maintenance of customer lists, etc.
• Other Administration duties as assigned.

Required language(s): English
• Proficient in English both spoken and written
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Good at MS Office.
• Self-disciplined, self-motivated, self-starter.
• Basic freight forwarding knowledge is preferred
• Can-do attitude.
• Negotiation, problem solving, organizational and time management skills.
• Understand and support the goals, policies and procedures of a. hartrodt.
