Receptionist

Emerhub Vietnam is looking for an enthusiastic receptionist to take care of our clients,
staff, and office.
The main tasks will be:
- Greet clients and staff;
- Answer phone;
- Manage the meeting room calendar;
- Make sure the office is well equipped with stationary, water, and other;
- Assist the country manager with everyday tasks;
- Organise internal and external events;
- Deal with vendors, security and overall well being of the office, manage the cleaning staff.

The suitable candidate has:
- Experience in a similar position
- Experience in hospitality
- Good level of English
