Receptionist

Job Summary
In charge of sales office of Cornerstone to ensure all clients are handled accordingly with our procedure and answering all calls and transfer properly to responsible person. One should welcome clients with smile and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome clients coming into our sales office and offer drinks as needed
• Assist clients to understand exact reason why they visit our office to be handled by correct team member
• In charge resale market (Adding and updating resale units for all markets)
• In charge of managing client database to ensure all clients are logged and reported to corresponding person
• Ensure office is in working condition and handle any related issues regarding sales office of Cornerstone
• Able to communicate with team members and clients in professional manner and be able to assist in different situations in the middle with proper decision

• Experience working customer service field within Ho Chi Minh
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus

Competencies
• Fluent English and Vietnamese;
• Able to greet clients professionally with smile
• Able to communicate with client to understand purpose of visit
• Familiarity with social media such as Facebook, Instagram, etc
• Excellent writing, and presentation skills with computer proficiency;
• Creative, hardworking and team player, able to effectively communicate creative and innovative ideas;
• Experience and knowledge of Vietnam real estate market is a plus
• Ability to operate under solid pressure
• Effective understanding of latest technologies is a plus
• Work collaboratively and efficaciously as a team member
• Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative
