Customer service: Participate in providing warm and caring service to clients and teammates.
- Contracts: Complete accurate systems and sales contracts and payments by adopting strict control procedures.
- Systems: Ensure to implement procedures which support the team in providing outstanding service to clients.
- Audits: Comply all requirements for the operations audit as well as implement any required changes to resolve problems.
- Facilities: assist to ensure the facilities are consistently at a 5 star standard and report any areas needing improvement
- Development: Ensure consistent self-development by actively participating in meetings and departmental and company training.
