Mô tả công việc
1. Greet visitors entering company, direct or escort them to specific destination.
2. Receive request from customer and order on system
3. Responsibity at VAT invoice and cash receiver per customer purchase
4. Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information or taking messages
5. Receive/dispatch documents and control mail/express delivery service
6. Purchase and supplys things including stationary and office supplies to employees
8. Support for LGC chief and other member in LGC
(More details will be discussed in the interview)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduated, major in Accounting/ Administration or other related fields
- English communication (TOEIC 500)
- 01 years experience in Receptionist/Admin
- Good computer skills (word, excel, power point), internet, email.
- Working well under pressure, independently.
- Hard-working, careful, honest and high sense of responsibility.
- Teamwork and disciplined working spirits.
