Receptionist (Customer Service Representative)

This position is open to both male and female candidates.
An excellent opportunity to join the team Property Management team at the brand new "Sonatus Tower" (15 Le Than Ton, District 1).
The "Sonatus Tower" team is a dynamic local commercial property developer with an international team.
As Receptionist your duties will be to guide and assist visitors with any enquires whilst utilising your excellent communication and front of house skills.
You will also come into daily contact with colleagues, security staff or managers and consequently, will often be called upon to assist with any enquires that they may have. You will have both a positive outlook and professional appearance, able to work alone or as part of a team and deal with all aspects of your role and responsibilities.

Based at the ground floor reception of the newly complete "Sonatus Tower", act as the first point of contact for visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing guests and tenants appropriately.
Register appropriately all guests and personnel.
Direct visitors by maintaining company directories.
Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks/registration, and issuing visitor badges.
Maintain telecommunications systems, cleanliness of the main reception, adjoining public areas and inform the cleaning supervisor of any matters that require attention, including any safety issues.
Assist Property Management team with daily administrative duties such as photocopying, delivering and receiving documents if necessary.
Help to sort and deliver documents, postage and messages to tenants or other departments.
Maintain a high degree of personal presentation, commitment and service at all times.
