The employee will be offered a good package with:

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Reception Area: opening & closing office in time, ensuring cleanness and tidiness of reception area.
- Office Telephone Operator: receiving and transferring incoming call to relative office staff, and taking messages( if any);
- Receiving and welcome office guests and visitors in a professional manner, serving tea/coffee to guests/customers.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mails: registration in relative control books, dispatching incoming mail to relative staff/department, preparation for outgoing mails sending, follow up and monitoring courier vendor service;
- Other administrative tasks: office supplies order (water/stationary/flowers)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- BA Degree in Banking; Foreign Language
- Good command in English (business level);
- Good communication skills; Good command in computers;
- Good sense of team work and responsibility;
- Having ability to work under high pressure and details oriented;
