Mô tả công việc
1/ Overall in charge of Reception area:
- In charge of Front desk such as: welcoming guests, clients, visitors, distributing correspondence, and ensuring the professional communications.
- Managing in-coming and out-going telephone-calls.
Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit; issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs; alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office, department or employee.
- Perform administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, composing documents, organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages.
2/ Administration:
- Handle visa for visitors.
- Book air ticket, reserve hotel booking
- Arrange schedule of visitor/leaders/ Managing director
- Assist Human Resources Department with administrative / secretarial matters if required.
- Details will be discussed on interview.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education: College/Universities, Business Administration is advantage.
- At least 3 experienced- years.
- Good communication & organizing skills are required.
- Hands-on experience in similar positions is expected.
- Expected attributes: friendly, supportive, customer-oriented, proactive, enthusiastic, fast responding, careful and detailed on work.
- Be able to work out of the standard time when assigned sometimes.
