Report to: ADM&HR Manager
• Job description:
- Receiving guest, then contact with according person and confirm the appointment
- Receiving letter/document from outside, then deliver to right person
- General take care of reception area
- Hospitality for guest (Arrange tea/coffee, seat, etc)
- Receiving telephone outside and transfer to right person
- Order stationery when necessary
- Arrange lunch for whole staffs
- Car arrangement/coordination for staff
- Check car bill/stationery bill and other admin expense bills at the end of the month
- Other requirements from ADM&HR Leader/Manager

- Graduate from college / university
- Good communication in English
- Good computer skill (excel, word….)
- Able to work for long time
- Staying near Thang Long Industrial Park is more priority
• Benefit:
- Salary: negotiable
- Working time: From Monday to Friday (8:5AM to 5:15PM)
- Provide Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Un-employment Insurance
- Getting suitable training course
- Chance to promote and develop professional career

We are first foreign factory for Transmission and Distribution (T&D) in Vietnam with the main products of Protection Relays (GR-Series) and Substation Automation System (SAS). Our products for protection and control systems shall be manufactured on the basis of TOSHIBA’s updated technology for design, functions, manufacture, production control and quality control with original Brand-name of “TOSHIBA”. We promote our product into not only domestic market in Vietnam, but also expand to global, especially Asian countries.
