Mô tả công việc
1. Reception:
- Manage the reception, including the incoming mails, faxes, and couriers, screen, photocopy documents…
- Make (and follow up) payment requests for administration expenses such as taxi, phone bill, stationery, photocopy service, refreshment, electricity, drinking water, courier, some of services of the office…
- Keep reception area clean and neat
- Work with Tea Lady to fill stationery for the office and maintain conference rooms
- Work with building management team to register staff parking, in and out process
2. Administration support
- Book flight, hotel accommodation for employees (staff, manager level…)
- Order stationery, tea break,… for the office
- Work with different suppliers to get the best price and quality
- Support company meetings and events
- Support and solve problem to make sure thoroughly operations.
3. Other information:
- Working location: President Place, 93 Nguyen Du, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
- Working hours: 8.00 - 17.30 Monday – Friday
