- Welcome guests and visitors
- Receive/transfer calls
- Car arrangement
- Receive & records mails
- Book/order delivery from supplier (DHL, Viettel, Daesun, handcarry).
- Data entry on ERP (will be trained on this)
- Other duties as directed from time to time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Only accept CVs in English
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Be fluent in English.
- Good computer skills (MS words, excel, powerpoint).
- Vietnamese only
