Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities and tasks:
Office operations
• Manage company car schedule; check monthly billing; work with external service for optimize costs and smooth operation
• Manage company telephones and internet; check monthly billing; work with external service for optimize costs
• Travel management: Arrange business trips (book cars, hotels and flights)
• Composing correspondence, dealing with telephone, fax and email enquiries.
• Translating email, letters, contracts and other documents (English – Vietnamese)
• Handle Visas, work permit, leave record, other letters issued from HR
• Buy office stationary, equipment, coffee, tea, cleaning staff etc.
• Order lunch daily
• Arrange gardener for watering company plants
• Other tasks as required by department head
Marketing
• Design flyers, invitation cards, or other documents by
• Arrange printing of marketing materials
• Manage and order marketing material and customer gifts
Event organization
• Organize internal events and trips, such as annual company outing, year-end party, others…
• Organize external events, such as exhibitions, customer events, others...
Assistance for Management
• Support General Manager and Production Director with other tasks
• Job Level: Staff
• Starting date: asap
• Salary: As per experience and qualification
• Others: 13th salary + annual company trip
• Allowances: Private health care and accidental insurance, shuttle bus from HCMC to factory, and more…
- Field of business: Manufacturing of animal feed additives

- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, Microsoft Office, organization skills. Experience in photoshop our similar software is a plus
- Character: Trustable, proactive, attention to detail, confidentiality, ability to prioritize workload, high level of self-responsibility, willing to learn
Preferred:
- Working experience in international company (preferred European)
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, Microsoft Office, organization skills. Experience in photoshop our similar software is a plus

We are looking for an Import and Administrative Officer for our branch office in An Phu District (District 2, Ho-Chi-Minh City), which is managed by a German management. Therefore, the employee should be fluently in English language. We will open a factory in Vietnam within the second quarter of 2019.
